Thought I'd jump in and say hello. Been reading on here for about a week and getting some good ideas.

I started re-doing my 20x20 detached garage a couple of weeks ago. So far I've emptied and gutted it, taken a LOAD of stuff to the dump, redone the plumbing for the outdoor shower, fixed some concrete where the stem wall had issues, had the floor ground, and today put down a layer of Epoxy Coat.

I'm planning to plywood the walls next, paint, and then I've got some craigslist cabinets that will go along one wall. Not sure what after that. Probably some shelves or maybe more cabinets.

Welcome to GJ, Valentino. Browse here long enough and you will come up with plenty ideas of what to do next. You will have to post a few pix of the progress you've made. We love the before - during - after shots.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I wish I'd taken some true before pics. The garage was a wreck... shelves and workbench built into the studs, 50 years of debris and concrete dust and crud built up on everything.

In the past couple of days I got my stem wall painted and put up one wall of OSB. With the floor done it's starting to look really nice. Best thing is it doesn't feel like your in a dank nasty place when you're in there now. Can't wait to get the OSB done and painted and start getting my cabinets in. I just wish I had more time to work on it.

Here's a cpl shots from two nights ago.
