I came across this site today by accident and I'm looking forward to participating in various discussions or asking questions. I've been a Banker for 36 years and will be retiring (sort of) in a couple of months. My brother-in-law owns a strip mall in our city and has been wanting me to manage it (including maintenance) so I think this site will come in very handy for me to learn about different things. I have a basic understanding of electrical and plumbing and I will greatly appreciate advice/tips from any of you!
