I just moved from Colorado to South Carolina and I joined because I'm looking to build a new shop next to my house. I'm probably doing a steel building or pole barn, due to wanting a free span and cost. BUT, I don't want it to look like an industrial building like my last shop (60x70 steel building- looked very industrial, but was not at my house).
So I'm here looking for ideas of how to build an economical shop in the 30x40 minimum size range, that will look appropriate next to a home, and not out of place like many steel buildings often do. Once I have poked around a bit, I'll start a thread.
