Good morning!
Like a real newb, I posted on my garage project in the general garage forum without having introduced myself here, so here it goes! I've been lurking here for some years now, and have finally decided to pull the trigger on my garage roof raising, loft building project. My little shop, which measures 24x12, is a detached unit on a slab in my back yard. I've used it over the years for all sorts of projects; motorcycles, dirtbikes, engine swaps, and more recently, carpentry. Carpentry is a dirty, dusty business, so more room and better storage is a must. Additionally, I will be improving the lighting and electrical, and replacing the roof.
Hopefelly I will be able to post up pics of my progress once this thing gets under way! Maybe the mistakes that I make will serve others too, and I tend to make a lot of them!
