Hello from Seneca Falls, New York

Bought an old Columbian Vise Co. 604 1/2? at an auction. Swivel base, looks like "T" type jaws, about 4 1/2" wide, perhaps 7" opening, and very heavy. Seems to be pretty solid so far and with minimal restoration, it should work out just fine. New to this site and I'm looking for any info someone may have on this vise. I want to take it apart, clean it up and install on a work bench so I can use it. I'm an old U.S. Navy retired guy looking for something to do...okay..maybe not that old yet! Thank you very much.
