Hi Guys and Gals,

New to the forum, recently acquired a (new to me) 1969 home.
The 22x20 garage needs a lot of work, it has been bodged (limey word for crappy work) see pics
I am on a limited budget but plan to start with the floor, a little drywall and a lick of paint followed by some gladiator cabinets.
I am no mechanic, just an avid DIY guy with a need for organization and tidiness.
I want to do an epoxy floor but need some advice on some of the current issues with the surface. There are big cracks surrounding an expansion joint, some surface irregularities etc.
I have power washed, scraped, acid washed half of it and power washed again.
What do you recommend for filler and coating.

Thanks.

Lee.

Welcome to GJ, Limeylee.
As a native of So. Cal. (born in Corona in 1955), I had to roll out the welcome mat myself.

I know nothing about floors or coatings, but if you post your inquiry in the flooring section, there are a multitude of experts in residence (or residense, for the limey crowd).
