What a cool site to view on the weekend mornings while having coffee. Just obtained my building permit for my 1200 sq ft shop...only took 11 months to get thru the good ole Los Angeles County...not to mention $$$$ from every entity you can think of.
9 pages of plans later we can get started....same garage I did in the 80's was 2 plans and permitted over the counter....my have times changed!
