I have been lurking here for the past month or so and have been learning about everything for my dream garage. Unfortunately that project is a long way off so my 2.5 car garage will have to do for now. I use my garage as a multipurpose shop working on modern cars, classic volkswagens, house remodel projects and even some minor wood working.
My wife and I are currently expecting our 3rd child and our first son. That brings me to my current project, his nursery. Being a transit bus mechanic and vw enthusiast, we have decided to go with a garage theme. We have already painted the room grey with a red stripe, painted his dresser to look like a tool box, put a up a corrugated steel wall, and put up some barn lights. We are going to decorate with vintage garage style signs and memorabilia. We would love to get a vintage gas pump which is what finally drove me to participate in these forums (more to come on that in a seperate post)
