Been lurking on this board for awhile but would like to say howdy from Rock Hill SC. We will be moving to Sarasota Florida next spring, (April/May) and I wanted to meet some of my future neighbors and like minded garage people.

Sarasota is a popular retirement city. Average home price only $300K which seems affordable to those of us on the West Coast.
