Been lurking for about a year dreaming of getting my shop. about to pull the trigger and have a 30x40 pole barn put up. just trying to seek wisdom in everything possible to get the most out of my shop. cant wait to learn all that i can.

Welcome from Ohio. And since most lumber is on a 16" centers, 8' studs, and 4'x8 sheeting, a might want to make that a 32' x40' pole barn.......just a thought. They will be growing away 80 sq. Foot of barn. Good luck!
