Just a quick thread to introduce myself.
Our new house is closing in Mid-Feb and I can't wait to get started on the garage.
What i'm working with:
22'x20'
9'6" Ceilings
Things I plan to do:
#1: Must have a hoist, hoping I can fit something like an Atlas BP8000 or worst case a MaxJax.
What I still need to do research on, need to figure out how thick the concrete will be in my garage. Anyone know what is typical for South FL new build homes? Also if anyone has any installers in Southeast FL, please send me recommendations.
#2: Floors, at first I was thinking epoxy but now i'm researching polishing. Again if you recommend anyone in Southeast FL, let me know.
#3: Cabinets/Workbench/toolbox/etc. This will probably come later but I want to keep things clean and clutter free.
That is probably the top 3 things I will tackle for now but there will be lots of other small car related things and tools for sure.
