Hello everyone!
I have been a long time lurker but recently decided to join after the purchase of our first house with a real garage! The automotive industry is my passion and I was a technician for 7 years. This passion will dictate the direction of my garage.
The house is 126 years old and we are unsure of the age of the garage. The garage is cement block with a few upgrades from the previous owner.
Future plans involve:
Insulation
Air compressor
Refinish floor
More shelving/cabinets/storage/bench space
The specs:
24x30 with insulated ceiling and attic storage
wired for 100 amp service
wall mounted propane heater
cement block has been sealed/painted
first day we moved in:
The first "mod"
Back of the house
Backyard

Here is a pic of the early progress on my work area. The wood for the bench is all recycled from a princess bed that was in one of the bedrooms when moved in.
I will update with more pics as I make more progress!
