Hello from Southwest Michigan!

Hey everyone. My name is Jake.

I've been lurking on this forum for some time now, and decided to finally create a user account and jump into the fray. I am a Freight Broker by trade, and also do professional detailing on the side (it's a seasonal business up here). My Wife and I grew up around here, but resently moved back from Florida. Here's a pic or two of my past garages:

The house we are closing on up here in Michigan has a "slightly" bigger garage on the property. It's 40x120. And will need a LOT of work. But, it should be cool when it's done.... with a little help from you guys, of course. (see attached photos)

A California welcome to you Jake. 40X120 WOW. I don't care how much work it will take, that is awesome. You guys with all the room have all the luck. Nice projects and toys in the prior garage pics. Start a thread and keep up updated on our garage renovation and the group loves pictures. Lots of pictures. Included info and pics of toys also.

HI, Jake. Looks like you lucked out (or did alot of research) to find that building with a house. We're also in S.W. MI. and about to build some kind of building-shopping price is pretty frustrating ! Next spring I'll watch for that Vette running around.

40x120?........that's bigger than my lot here in Detroit. I think I'm going to have to go 2 story for my shop/garage.....and one is going to have to be underground! And I've got 16 pop up campers to store.
