Thanks for the warm welcome all.

We live in Middle TN, just south of Nashville. Our kids are grown and with our recent move we downsized/upsized our home. Really didn't need a 2 story home anymore and the extensive yard work our old place required kept me from assisting my aging parents to the degree I should. The new house has a slightly bigger garage than our previous home. However I let my workbenches, storage cabinets, etc go with the sale. Had to consolidate the contents of my shop, 10x16 storage building (which I had nicely laid out) into a functional 2 car garage and 4x8 attached shed. I will take some pictures of the current mess later.
