Hello from Tennessee

Hi all, have lurked on here from time to time, but decided it was finally time to join so I could share my own project. A little over a year ago, my sister and her family moved out to Sacramento and my wife and I bought their one story home built in the early 80's. Our grandmother had lived in the house previously, and the garage was converted into a single car stall so that we could install a wheelchair ramp into it. That's all been removed as we did some remodeling to the house before moving it, but it's still a one car garage due to the support beams in place. It was basically never used as a garage from 2004 to 2019, so I had/have my work cut out for me. Going to go post some photos in a different thread...but overall, glad to be here and I'll try to post updates from time to time as a therapeutic means
