Greetings everyone. Month long lurker who finally decided to say hello as my project is finally starting. I am finishing a 22' x 22' attached, 5 year old house in the Chicago suburbs. It is in very nice shape other than the rushed crappy taping job. I'm planning insulation, heating, audio/video, epoxy and a few other things. Still reading a lot here before kicking into high gear.
