Hi there, found this forum on a Google search. Wow we have found some valuable information for restoring our old shack andbolder garage. Thank you for sharing your expertise..
Question: Seems to me varied information and suggestions for insulating our old detached garage.
Old construction. Large old beams not quite even.. LOL We insulated and vapor barrier'd the walls and are wondering what to do about the ceiling. It has a small peak and currently beams exposed.
Worried if we vapor barrier the ceiling will it cause moisture. We want to put up gyprock. Would slotting foam insulation against the ceiling be of any benefit?
