Newbie to this forum from Edmonton Alberta.
I'm building a new garage approximately 1200 sq/ft with in-floor lift. The garage will be used for parking my truck and servicing my race car. So far I'm planning tiled floor, in-floor heating with perhaps a supplementary gas heater, running water (a pain because I need a cistern) and lots of work bench/tool area. Not for day to day parking as this is a second garage we also have a regular 2 car for the daily drivers.
