I've been something of a lurker here, never posting just reading and soaking up the info!
Living in England does mean some of the references are a little confusing (two nations divided by a common language...) and I have a little jealousy over the size of most of your work spaces, and I have a decent sized garage by UK standards -a double car sized brick garage and a wooden lean-to almost as big again. Although there's no cars in there, just motorcycles and lots of ****...

Welcome to the madness Zed. Just a warning, this forum can cost you a lot of money. There are so many cool ideas and great deals posted that I always seem to be building or buying something.

I may be coming your way next year for a vacation. I spent 3 yrs there serving in the Air Force and I absolutely loved living there, especially the people. It's funny how you may leave a place but it never leaves you. I probably spend too much time watching Britbox TV as I'm a huge British Detective show fan.

Lots of Canadians here, we're slightly less divided by our version of your language. We even say "zed" and have kept a few soundless "u"s in some words like colour and labour!
