Hi there.

Just moved to South Carolina and with the new move, trying some new things!

Haven't been on a forum in probably 10 years, so I'm trying to find some decent ones with interesting people to talk to.

I am a certified Chrysler, Hyundai, Porsche technician married to a certified Ford, Hyundai, Porsche technician.

Oh yeah, and I am a girl...

Yes, I am a Porsche, VW and Audi fan. I also have a soft spot in my heart for Asian and good ol' American Detroit Muscle (1970's and earlier).

I prefer to go fast in a straight line, not round and round in circles. With my husband's (and Porsche's) influence, I am becoming a fan of road circuits.

I am also looking for people who are tool collectors. I have some vintage SnapOn and MAC (with Sabina, OH stamps) hand tools and diagnostic tools in good repair that need a good collector home. If you are interested in any, feel free to message me.

DodgeZ, I am in the Anderson/Belton area. Been visiting here all my life and now have been relocated here on at least a 'temporarily permanent' basis! LOL

SCscout, I have driven through the Pee Dee basin quite a few times!! Very pretty country!

930dreamer, unfortunately, most of my pictures were lost in a tragic intel crash that involved a disagreement between me and my PC. However, I am in the process of recovery, as that had ALL my gorgeous Porsche pics!! I do not have any pics of my garage, as it is in the process of being used as my mother's 'garden shed!' In the meantime, I have a few neat little car albums at my FB site (links at the bottom). I have also driven through Amarillo on quite a few occasions, and had the wonderful pleasure to enjoy the prime rib at the Big Texan, but never the guts (quite literally) to try the 72 ouncer!! LOL

03SilverGT, no it's not a bad place to live. I am still getting used to the small town vibes. I spent most of my younger years in a small town, but since high school, I have spent most of my time in or around Atlanta or cities that size. Technically I have a Belton address, but we are still about 5 miles from downtown.

DodgeZ, how are you liking Texas? I love it, but not fond enough to live there! LOL Hope you aren't in the Ft. Worth area with the fires right now! Thanks for the link to WindSpeed, I'll have to look him up!

Welcome... if you're getting into road racing you've got quite a few good tracks not too far from you. Road Atlanta, CMP, VIR, etc. etc. etc.

Cobra4B, oh yes, I am very familiar with Road Atlanta. My Porsche class was given tickets to Petit le Mans there and, while I had to work, my husband was fortunate enough to get to go. I have never been to the others, and will have to check them out!

DodgeZ, Austin is pretty country. Driven through there, but have only stopped once. Glad to hear you got some cooling weather!
