Hey y'all, hope having a good day.

Born in California desert and moved to Sonoran for Arizona State University, where I am still a student, but now in the Master's of Architecture program.

Will be open and honest, and say I have mild Autism. So, socially inept and so sometimes offend.

I have been interested in autos since a young age and can recall my Dad doing maintenance on his Volkswagen Beetle. I can remember his friend Sue coming over to babysit in her Volkswagen Squareback, which I now own. Had a stint with a couple American autos, but went back to German with a Mercedes 300 TD-T which plan to keep for long as possible, hopefully many years.

Finally have a garage, but no true ownership; long story. Anyway, major upgrade to the side of the road or the patch of gravel at a friends place. No A/C, but not complaining. Maybe show later, but put in a overhead rack for storage. Work bench is on the back patio, but have an idea for one in the garage, just need help.

Learning a lot and think I can add to the discussion with what little they taught me and my need to design. :p

Adriel: my daughter is graduating from ASU this year and has been working up here in Seattle and taking classes online the last 2 years.

as far as you being offensive if you know that about yourself here's a tip. try not to get in discussions where you are trying to change another member's opinion or argue about something you are not 100% certain about. there are a few members that are on heavy pain medication or drink a little too much when they post so maybe do what i do and avoid them and ignore their posts. it's sometimes hard to, but I've got 40 years plus of sales and just an FYI you can't please everybody.

as far as asking questions please do if you have any and we'll try to help.

happy to have another young member join the group and do you know how to post a few pictures of your old work bench and maybe some web pictures of the one you want to build.

cheers

Welcome Adriel. I hope you will enjoy the GJ. What year is your Benz TD? They are awesome cars and last a lifetime, especially when you are living. Please show us any projects that you might have. We are a visual group here.

Welcome from Mesa. Good luck with your non-owned garage. I have no AC either. I just try to stay out of the garage during the summer.
