Hello from the UK

Hiya, I'm Martin from Maryport on the west coast of Cumbria in the UK.
For those who don't have a good understanding of geography and have no idea where that is, remember that scarey foot and mouth outbreak back in 2001 that made international news? Well I live about 10 miles west of ground zero where it all started.

I've had to do without a garage for years until I got the option to buy a second hand sectional concrete one at a bargain price a couple of months ago.
I'm currently 1/2 way through digging out a large chunk of the garden to lay a 10ft x 20ft concrete slab to sit it on.

I'll start a build thread after I get the concrete poured as thats not very interesting to see.

I wish you'd start a thread in the Gallery about the "sectional concrete" garage you purchased second hand. I don't think most of us in the US understand how that is possible.

Currently my garage is in a stack in the corner of the garden, looking like a pack of fallen playing cards.

Can't wait until I'm at the stage when I can start putting it up. Supposidly its possible to build it in a day.
