Hello all,
I'm actually a returning member (10 years ago??) that had an old account linked to an older email so figured I'd start fresh at this point. I found TONS of great help here a while back when I first rehabbed by 3 car garage with electrical upgrades and originally a 2 post lift which is now removed in favor of installing a soon to be 4 post mostly for storage and detail work.
Anyway....lifelong gearhead, technology geek, and real estate investor from the Philadelphia suburbs. Really enjoy anything with a motor or engine performance related (ICE or electric). I'm truly blessed to have access to some really fun toys and modes of trasnport. Current stable includes a '21 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE and a '22 Tesla Model S Plaid. I'm about 8 months long into a waiting list for a C8 corvette - REALLY having thoughts about ditching that order in favor of building out a C2 retromod setup which is seeming more and more appealing.
At my dad's place (due to lack of storage) also own a '67 Chevy II Pro street/retromod setup that is a constant WIP but has an LS2/4L70E combo with Fitech EFI setup, Mustang II front end, narrowed 9", full cage, etc.
Garage Setup currently:
-3 car approx 32 x 23'
-High lift tracks on 2 of the bays with all Liftmaster side mount openers on all (just did this past summer)
-Just upgraded to all new garage doors which are now insulated w/ windows, these are really nice
-Freshly done commercial grade (summer of '22) and professionally installed epoxy floors (first time was DIY and was OK but wanted to step it up here)
-Gladiator storage and wall tracks
-60A electrical subpanel with 120 and 240V lines for lift
-Dedicated separate 60A run for Tesla Wall charger
-60 gallon single stage compressor with hose reel / air lines
Upcoming plans - will need input/help here!
-4 post 9k lb. lift which i'd like to be able to move between 2 bays
-Some decor/wall art
-Perhaps a rolling jack for the lift for tire/wheel changes?
-New lighting
