Hello GJ. Awesome site. When searching for Garage ideas I ended up here …. . I am a Mid - Fifties dirt bike nut That needs to build an awesome garage with 1-2 apartments. I am slowing down of the dirt bike riding so designing then building will really be my focus. I am looking forward to learning and sharing ideas. Thx for having me.

So true … I have friends buying rental properties, but the maintenance is crazy. I think I would rather have some small apartments.
