Been watching the threads everyday and thought I would introduce myself. I recently bought a house (July 2012) and have been spending most of my time in the garage. It is a three car garage with a nice side access. Not too fancy but works. I am a classic volkswagen nut and currently have three projects inside of my garage. I will start a thread soon of some of my garage projects and ideas!

I agree, and that's why I'm an ex-resident.
It was a lot better a long time ago, but started getting really crowded in the 1990s.
I miss the car shows.
