I joined the forums a couple years ago to get information on an older tool box I was going to restore. But due to some unfortunate events that project got delayed. Recently have been back on the forums and getting back to the project of the tool box. Im glad to be here and thank you all for the information that I have received so far. Thanks for the GREAT forum!

what do you consider Upstate NY, to some its anything north of the White Plains, to others it anything north or northwest of Albany

In that case maybe Northern NY is better North of Albany about 30 miles from the Canadian Border.

With our current governor ..... especially if "downstate" once more provides the votes he needs ....... My best bet would be to become an X-upstate resident and head for a state with multiple consonants..... like Tennessee.
