Hello to everyone on here, I have looked around on here quite a bit before joining seems to be a lot of good info on here for everything from tools to garage builds. I am looking to build a pole building soon myself and am excited to hear from others who have them.

Those prices aren't bad at all. Then $2000 for a builder to do it. What about site prep? Are you putting it on a slab?

I'm looking at Timberline Buildings out of Martinsburg.

I have access to a Kubota backhoe and a small dozer for site prep and I was looking at putting the building up first then pouring the floor once the building is up. There is a lot to plan out for building and everything to make it all complete.

I've been planning mine for over a year... Finally able to fund it. I'll be spending a little more to have someone else do the work, but it's worth it to me

I have been dreaming of having a garage with a lift in it for along time, I am finally serious about making it happen. I just want to get it right and not have regrets after I have it done. I would like to have a 30x40 with a 2 post lift.
