Hello all , coming to you from north of the 48th parallel.
I’m in the pondering and design and base of renovating my double garage.
I do a mix of home renovation, woodworking and motorcycle maintenance and restoration. Therefore the shop has to fill many roles.

High humidity there. It has to affect wood finishing. Might want to think of a separate temperature/humidity controlled finishing room.
