I've been getting great information off of this site for a while as a lurker and thought it was time to become a member.

Which part of Va are you from ?

Mechanicsville, Just east of Richmond.

I know that area pretty well, I grew up on the Soutside of Richmond and in Chesterfield County.
Moved around a bit in Virginia after school including Charlottesville, Blacksburg, Roanoke, and Grayson County.

20+ years in SW VA, 5 more on the northern neck and the out laws still live there.

I live in Ashland, but I lived in Mechanicsville 2006 to 2015 and still work here.

Thanks for the welcome guys. Vavet, I'm up close to Hanover Air Park. Closer to Ashland than "true" Mechanicsville.

Lurch, I always stayed north of the river growing up if I could - trouble always found me in Southside Now I just work in southside.
