I'm finally going to get my garage built after waiting almost 4 years. Previous house had a 25X30 garage with a 2 post lift. What I learned from that was I needed more room around the lift so as to not be crowded against a wall. Planning to build a 30x40 garage with a 4 post lift. I'm going to go through this forum all weekend to come up with some ideas. I meet with the builder on Monday to discuss details and I want to have my questions lined up. Looking forward to reading and hearing everyone's thoughts!
