Getting to the end of our build! The winter was Hell on the build. Normal winters are mild but this year we had more snow and longer periods of freezing. So we are probably a couple months behind but oh well. Unfortunately the budget is gone so no insulation/drywall for shop for a bit.
House is about 3700ft² with a 1265ft² 3 car garage. Have a nice 20'x22' covered patio out back that will be well used!
Shop is 40'x60' with 2 12'x14' doors and a 10'x8' door that match those on the house. Really unhappy with the slab work but you get what you pay for and it is what it is. I have a 12,000lb Challenger lift that will be going in the center bay. I'm still trying to figure out my lighting layout and where to locate items like a large compressor.
