Hello from Washington State

Hello all.

I was referred here from a friend to do some research on having a shop built. I'd like to get a shop built on my property in Ferndale Washington, but I don't really know where to start. I think I need about a 40ft deep by 70ft long building with 2 RV doors and 3 car doors all on the 70ft side. Since that's what I think I need now, I'm shopping for a 50ft x 80ft shop. So far I've reached out to a few pole barn companies in my area. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Man you're in an amazing part of the country! Beautiful territory up there. I guess if I lived there I wouldn't spend much time working on things at home and use all my free time hiking. Fortunately(?) it's so hot here and there's not much outdoor stuff, so I'm forced to develop new indoor hobbies.
