Hello everyone!,
My wife and I finally moved out of the city to the country life. A few years ago we purchased 22 acres, divided it into 3 parcels, built a house on one, let the in-laws build on on and other serves as a family gathering area with 2 small ponds. about 6 months ago I finally had a 30x40 shop put up, 2 over head doors and a man door, steel pole building. Electric has been run from the house to the garage and I am currently starting on the interior framing for walls.
The purpose for the shop is general use for the property, but the main purpose is an area to continue building my 1970 Dodge Challenger (very long term project).
Even though this is my first post, I have been a member since Feb 2018 and frequently search the forum for ideas and recommendations. Here's to everyone on the forum
