Hello,
Like many others I've been lurking here for a while. I've learned quite a bit from reading this forum. It is truly a valuable resource! I recently signed a contract to have a 30x30 garage built on my property. Using the knowledge I got from this site I was able to make educated decisions about building materials, design and numerous other things. I feel a got a good deal and and getting a garage built the exact way I want it. If I haven't found this site I might have signed with one of the contractors whom I now feel was trying to charge ridiculous prices and/or use cheap materials.

I'll definitely continue reading the forum and I'll try to contribute to threads when I can.

I'll post pics of the garage as soon as the contractor gets started.

Welcome to GJ, Beercan. Congrats on pulling the trigger. Glad we could be of service to provide ideas. Browse a little more and you will know just how to finish off that garage, build that workbench, run that air, what to put on the floor and how many fire extinguishers to have. We have it all here...
