Hello from winterless Vermont

Hi,no snow or cold in Vermont this year. Been lurking a few months.
Looking to build a new shop out of steel.
The carports/sheds look too light for a real winter and
the full commercial buildings seem to be over kill.
The only medium duty ones I've found so far is American Outback.
Does anyone have any experience with them or know of other ones similar.

P.S. I have been a small engine mechanic for 40 years and more than willing to answer any questions on the subject.

Very little snow or cold in MI this year after setting a record for snow recently !

70+F yesterday. Upper 60s today !!

We are just starting to get snow in Northern Maine, ground has been mostly bare till about a week ago.
