Hello everyone!

I've been a lurker on here for a while, but wanted to make it official with my first post! I've dreamed of building a garage for a long time! I've gotten some great ideas from this page and will be documenting my journey on multiple platforms. I've just released my first YouTube video and I'm also on Instagram if you want to follow along there.

My municipality (town of Cedarburg, Ozaukee county) had a limit of 600sf for detached building. Worked with our town supervisor and town staff. Asked for 1500sf, told them I'd settle for 1200sf, and I could live with 1000sf. They gave me 1000sf in a revision of the zoning ordinance.
