May I suggest you update your location as in future you may find that helps you when you have specific questions that affect you. Specially given the forum has a very global membership. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations. Detached just does not supply the right information. West New York would be better.

Would that be Palmyra, Ithaca, Jamestown, Lewiston, or Brockport? Lotta land in western NYS.
If you've been lurking here that-long you know the 'rule' about pictures. Where are yours? What is the space going to be used to store, or work-upon? And, where are those pictures?
