Welcome to the group. I would suggest that you pose you question in the general garage section as not everyone visits this section. And to agree with the above poster pictures really help. A bit more description of the door and what your trying to achieve will help you in getting correct answers. From your question the answer 'Paint it " would be correct but I'd bet that is not what your after.
