Hello fellow Mancavers,
I have been following the Garage Journal for a few years. It has been my go to for shop build ideas and info on good tools, etc.
Finally, I built my shop/mancave this year and it is nearly finished.
It is now time for me to contribute to this fine site.
I will start soon by posting my shop build and go from there,

Welcome Yukoner....Just where are you located?
I'm south of Coldwater, Mi....almost on the Mi/Ind. border...
A couple pics of my "mancave", however, we refer to it as the "SANCTUARY"

Walls are knotty pine 4-edge tongue & groove siding, ceiling is standard roofing metal sheets, AND....a 22' l x 3.5' w x 6' dp. PIT!! Of course it has an a/c, fridge, surround stereo, ceiling mounted gas heater, a full size pool table on casters, [work benches are on casters as well] and a GR8 view to the south looking at Indiana!

In the 2nd pic, that's me in the background....and the 3rd pic shows my '79 Vette over the pit....has saved me tons of $$$ on projects....including rebuilding the front & rear suspensions on the Vette, and JUST completed changing the body/frame cushions and new shifter...I know, it's rough, "but somebody's gotta do it!"

Yukoner is up in Canada which I do watch Yukon Men on TV.
Yes sir welcome to the site which all you listed is also reason I join up. Having members from all over the world we all get to see how shops are constructed differently. Please do post some pics if possible from start to finish, and maybe little about yourself along the way. Your in good company
