Hi, one of my friends sent me a link to your site, sadly shortly after completion of my garage build, otherwise may have had some different solutions.

We bought our current house because of the garage footprint, so although it was big (by UK standards) it was cold and damp

so it's only taken 3 years for plans, planning consent,test pit dig, building regulation plans, building regs approval, builders quotes and a final 3 months for the actual build to get my garage as it is: hope the pic works!

however, still opportunities for internal fixtures and fittings

looking forward to engaging in your discussions (some translation may be required)

hi mark, bit further out in frimley. fortunately my build wasn't as complex as yours! similar issues with starting from a set footprint and less than ideal base.
