Hello. Newbie from the HAMB... and more.

I have visited this site on occasion through links posted on the HAMB, but finally decided to join in on the fun.

One quick question before I start posting: Are newer buildings OK? or just pre '65 buildings built in a traditional style ?

Well that's good, two outta the 5 out buildings are only 20 years old - of course these are the ones I'm focusing on right now. My 36X 72 two storey will be a cabinet making shop/ car storage and assembly(clean work) combo. The other is slightly smaller at 36X50 two storey and will be the main Fab shop for many car projects that are getting backed up - I'll be several decades getting to them all.

I'm pretty far along on the fab shop and getting more organized every day. Some of the equipment that I need is still in the other shop, but I only want to move it once - after lights, insulation and sheeting are up.
