Hi. A friend of mine introduced me to GJ late last year, and I've been lurking ever since, so I finally decided to make an introduction thread.

I bought my first house late last summer after saving up for about 5 years. I waited and shopped around until I found the perfect house, at least for me. I think this picture will explain why :)

The house is four years old and the entire home is energy star rated. The attached garage is just under 25' wide by 23' deep, and the detached is 21' wide by 28' deep. Here's a few pictures of the garages. My plan is to make the attached garage more of a detailing area/hangout and use the detached garage for more of the dirty projects. I just ordered some GarageDeck from BigFloors last night for the attached garage. My plans after that include upgrading the ceiling lights, a wall mount TV with my old computer hooked up to it, maybe paint the walls, and maybe a small futon and mini-fridge in front of the GTO.

These photos were taken several months ago, before I started to clean things up. Sorry for the rides being dirty, these are the only pictures I have of the garage right now.

The attached garage, with my two toys, daily driver on the left, show/race toy on the right:

Plenty of room all around both of my vehicles:

My pride and joy, a far from stock 2006 Pontiac GTO that I've been building up since 2006.

Craftsman 6' work bench that I picked up on Black Friday:

I finally started to organize my detailing supplies a few weeks ago:

And the detached garage. The previous owner left the peg board on the back wall and all of the extra paint cans for the walls in the house. The Camaro isn't mine but I wish it was!

Thanks for looking!
