My name is Teddy and I'm from England, UK

I have a 3 bed semi detached house with single garage which is work in progress. Land is expensive and scarce over here so I'm loving all your double garages and bigger. I am an air conditioning and refrigeration engineer and also do vehicle a/c at weekends and evenings so try and keep my garage as tidy as possible but its difficult being so small.

Hey Teddy, welcome to GJ from across the pond, in California. Land can be pretty expensive here as well. There are some great smaller garages on this board. Look forward to the photos, those in the group can share ideas on managing and organizing small spaces.

Milton Keynes is about 45 miles north of London. Manchester eh cool! haven't been up there for years now, used to occasionally have to go there for work but I don't travel so far now it was about 3.5 hr drive I'd say.
