Hi! My name is Tom and I'm from Massachusetts. We have long winters here so it was great to find a web site about garages. Many years ago in the middle of a street rod project, I looked at my garage and said "enough is enough!" I emptied the space, finished the wiring and insulation, plastered it, put in an epoxy floor, heat, new lighting, a desk, tunes, computer, cable TV phone, and re used the cabinets from my kitchen when I did a remodel. The cabinets now provide lots of storage and work bench space and I have a sink with hot and cold running water too!. It is a home away from home and I spend endless time out here. Its great to associate with other guys who are into their garages too!
