Hello from Baltimore

Hey, I'm Jeff. I recently bought a house that has a stand alone garage. The main purpose of it will be my home gym. But it will also be a work area. I won't be parking anything in it, since I no longer drive and sold my car.

I've done a number of searches to find info on garages, and I keep finding answers here. So, I decided to join!
