Just wanted to introduce myself, I've really enjoyed all the different post etc.. I'm hoping to start a build myself very soon. Looking at building a 60 X 40 or larger Shop/Apartment. Still looking at the financing etc but the overall plan is to live in the apartment while we save and design our dream home. Figure the apartment could eventually be used for friends and family that visit. I live in MO just north of Rolla but have a rental home in STL that I would like to sell someday when the housing market recovers (If it does). Anyhow that's my story
