I found your site searching for info to retrofit a 30 X 40 X 12 shop. 10 X 10 door and passage door on one side. Plumbed for a rest room but never connected. I have the equipment and plan a woodworking shop for the space
I just moved to Texas from Arizona and bought a place to live and of course the existing shop made this land a "good buy". Next a residence!
