Hello,
I found this forum from a motorcycle forum I am a regular on, ADVRider. I am not exactly a noob to building a shop as I am starting my third one. We are moving from North Mississippi back to Western Kentucky to retire. The new property has a 30x30x10 foot metal pole shed with a 4" polished concrete slab. I have put stud walls up flush with the 6x6 posts, followed by 4" average open cell spray on insulation. Next week I will rough in wire and then next will be sheetrock for the walls.

Hi Joe. Welcome. I am fairly new to GJ myself. I would love to see some pictures of your internal stud framing. ( I am getting ready to do the same ). Question for you.. why did you choose open cell foam vs. closed ? price?
