Newbie from Rockaway Beach NY postin my first post. Im a commercial fisherman by trade and haven't had much time in the past to spend in my garage(weak excuse) and it shows. Basically its a small black hole of fishing gear, diesel parts, dust and ancient marine electronics. Everytime I get some time to start the purge I come up with an excuse to do something else....anything else. Im hoping this site will give me the drive and some ideas on how to turn this into a working shop that I wont mind doing some odd jobs in. Thanks. Jim

May I suggest you update your profile with better location as per what you posted as in future you may find that helps. Specially given this is a very global forum. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations.
