Short time visitor here to admire and look at everyone's garages and read suggestions.
As I type this, beside my house a 20x24 garage is being built. Due to my lot size and city codes, that size was the max I could go with. Also due to code, I have to have matching white vinyl siding and a shingle roof. Not a big fan of living in the city, even after 20 years, but we weighed our options and at this point in life (59 yrs old), the positives outweigh the negatives and we elected to stay where we are. Hence, the garage build.
My plans are to park my 2006 Mustang GT-H in their and also my wife's GMC Terrain (mid size suv). I don't drive the Mustang much, about 4000 miles a year, so the only "traffic" will be the Terrain.
Once finished I will post beginning to end photos. So, with all that said, let me introduce myself, Ernie in Virginia. Hello to all.
